Indian Lovers' Drink
Ingredients:
500 ml milk,
125 ml thick double cream (36% fat),
100 g dark chocolate,
2 teasp icing sugar,
1-2 teasp cinnamon,
2 pinches of chilli.
To prepare: Put the milk and cream into a saucepan and bring slowly to the boil. Break the chocolate into small pieces, and add to the milk mixture, with the cinnamon, sugar and chilli. Heat gently for another 10 minutes, taking care not to boil the chocolate. The drink may be served immediately, but it is more flavoursome if it is left to cool and then reheated before serving.

Makaron - włoskie szaleństwo
Ingredients:
250 g flour,
100 g unsweetened cocoa,
2 spoonfuls vanilla sugar,
4 egg yolks and 2 egg whites,
a pinch of cinnamon (optional),
na sos:
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts,
4 spoonfuls cream,
3 spoonfuls honey.
To prepare: Mix the flour, cocoa and sugar. Sift onto a smooth surface. Add the lightly beaten egg yolks and whites, and knead into a dough. If the dough is very hard, add a teaspoonful of warm water. Roll out thinly and cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Add the noodles to a pan of (unsalted!) boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain. To stop the noodles sticking together, you can add half a teaspoonful of butter. Make the sauce: mix all the ingredients. Pour over the noodles and serve hot or cold.
